About
LINKDSL Max is a value added service for LINKDSL subscribers to upgrade the speed of their connection, to meet whatever demand or need required, at any desirable time. LINKDSL Max service is fully automated by an online process that doesn't take more than several clicks to upgrade the speed up to 3 Mbps.

Note: Above prices are per hour, however the charge unit for LINKDSL Max is per minute
How to use
First Step: Line Setup
To start using LINKDSL Max, you have to setup the service on your line. This process is done on the first time you use the service only & setup takes around 5 minutes to complete.
- Click “Setup” From the LINKDSL Max menu. LINKDSL Max Setup is a one time process, if your line has been previously set for LINKDSL Max, this menu item will be removed.
- Click “I agree” on the next page
- A message window will pop up that says “Setting up LINKDSL Max”, service activation takes around 5 minutes to complete.
- After around 5 minutes, a message will pop up, confirming that “LINKDSL Max setup has completed successfully”.
Press “Start using LINKDSL Max”.
Second Step: Balance Charge
After setting up LINKDSL Max, the next step is to charge your LINKDSL Max balance.
- Click “Unit prices” from the menu, to determine how much you need to charge your LINKDSL Max balance with.
- Click “Balance charge” button or from the menu to charge your balance.
- On the “Balance charge” page, select the desired payment type (Credit Card / LINK Card), and enter the amount you need to charge your balance with.
- You can use the top slider to choose a speed, and the bottom counter will tell you exactly the duration this charge will give you for that speed.
- Press “Charge”.
- You will be taken to LINKdotNET payment gateway to complete your transaction.
- Once transaction is successful, a confirmation page will show the amount transferred.
You have successfully charged your LINKDSL Max Balance.
Third Step: Speed Selection
Click “Speed selection” button or from the menu to start using LINKDSL Max.
- View your current LINKDSL Max balance .
- Choose the speed you want to upgrade to,
(above the slider is the desired LINKDSL Max speed, and below it is the maximum duration your current balance will allow for this speed).
- Set timer to automatically deactivate LINKDSL Max, “optional”.
- Press “Activate” to start using the selected speed immediately.
- You can also view your LINKDSL Max usage history inside the Speed selection page.
Fourth Step: Return To Original Speed
- Click “Deactivate” From the Speed selection page, you will return to your original speed.
- You will return to original speed automatically when:
- You have activated the timer and it reached the predefined duration.
- All your LINKDSL Max balance has been consumed.
Notes
- In order to use LINKDSL Max, you have to be a LINKDSL Subscriber, and access the service from your LINKDSL line.
- LINKDSL Max service is compatible only with unlimited LINKDSL packages, customers with Limited or LINKDSL Plus packages can’t use LINKDSL Max.
- LINKDSL Max upgrades original LINKDSL speed, it’s not intended to be used to downgrade original speed.
- LINKDSL Max charges customers per the minute, the fraction of a minute is calculated as 1 minute.
